In it’s a wonderful world, you are an expanding empire and must choose your path to your future. The heritage edition contains the base game as well as additional content not found in the retail edition including war or peace heritage campaign, leisure & decline heritage campaign, and easter egg cards. It’s a wonderful world is a cards drafting and engine building game for 1 to 5 players.

Each round, players will draft 7 cards and then choose which ones will be recycled to immediately acquire resources, and which ones will be kept for construction to produce resources each round and/or gain victory points. From now on, each turn, you will play a mixture of classic development cards and ascension cards. The campaign is also playable solo.

This new deck also allows you to play with up to 7 players. Ascension cards introduce new ways to play, most notably through pair scoring and corruption. This pledge level only concerns the french backers who want to pickup their game in a retail store in france.

It's a wonderful world, the course of a game, a game takes place in 4 rounds. Each round, players will draft 7 cards and then choose which ones will be recycled to immediately acquire resources, and which ones will be kept for construction to produce resources each round and/or gain victory points.
